St. John Properties has begun development on the Berry Pointe Business Park
in Waldorf. The project is slated to comprise 518,400 sq f t of flex/R&D space,
93,000 sq ft of office, and 22,500 sq ft
of supporting retail. The development is
projected to support over 2,100 jobs at
full build-out and occupancy.
Approval from the Planning Commission
on their revised Preliminary Subdivision
P l a n w a s a p p r o v e d i n J u n e 2022 .
Submission of individual Site Plans for
pad sites and light industrial buildings is
in progress.
Berry Pointe is set to become the largest
office, flex, R&D, and retail development
in the county’s history.
