The Citizen Response Office (CRO) serves as a vital link
bet ween residents, the Count y Commissioners, and
the appropriate depar tments within Charles Count y
Government.
The county's mission is to streamline communications
and ensure timely, effective responses to calls, emails,
and letters from the community. Each request reflects the
concerns of our community. All deserve the full attention
of their local government.

Since its establishment in 2011, the office has addressed
more than 10,000 communications from residents.
In 2024, ser vices were expanded with the launch of
SEECLICKREPORT CHARLES CO MD, a new platform
that allows residents to conveniently report concerns
online or through a mobile app.
The app is available for download on the Apple App Store
and Google Play Store. Reports can also be submitted on
the Charles County Government website.
