Dance Combination
Life takes a hold of us, and we never get a chance to take care of ourselves. We are
consumed with daily obligations of taking care of the house, kids, work, etc. This
is a great opportunity for both parents and friends to take care of each other in
a positive atmosphere mentally and physically while using each other using no
weights! This is an exciting time to take advantage of an opportunity to experience
a workout on a whole new level! Let’s bring back the connection that brought you
both together and allow yourselves to get that spark back that gets distracted in
our daily lives. It’s Fit 4 You, It’s Fit 4 Me, and It’s Fit 4 Us!
Join us for our dance class filled with movements from Ballet and Jazz! Learn the
basics of ballet and jazz while learning the proper techniques and building strength.
Classes will cover basic moves and work on choreography. All skill levels welcome.
Class meets once a week for six consecutive weeks unless otherwise stated.

Challenge 2B Fit
Challenge kids to put away their games, get up from the computer and experience
fitness fun. The instructor utilizes music during fun activities to improve your cardiovascular system, muscular strength, flexibility, overall stamina, speed, and agility.

Ballet and Hip Hop
This class will teach students the classical dance of ballet. Students will learn the
foundation of ballet along with dance terminology and working on flexibility. In
addition, students will learn the newest dance style to hip-hop which will help them
with coordination and rhythmic to pick up choreography. No class November 27.

Want to learn the latest line dance? How about a classic like the Electric Slide?
Encourage a group of friends or come solo for a great time with other dance enthusiasts. Open to all levels from beginner to intermediate.

Hand Dance
Hand Dance is one of the most popular partner dances in the DMV area. Class will
teach the skills and techniques of old school hand dance, as well as contemporary
hand dance with swing concepts. Class focuses on beginner and intermediate skills;
however, all skill levels are welcomed. No partner required. Leather bottom shoes
strongly recommended. Pre-registration required and space is limited. No class
November 27.
