FALL FESTIVAL
Enjoy a fun-filled fall day full of FREE festive activities! Our Rec Xpress Fall Festival will feature community vendors, face painting, various games, arts and crafts, DJ, food trucks, costume contest
and giveaways, safe trick or treating, and more. Community partners interested in participating

certificate of insurance, and be pre-approved by
Recreation staff.
2. Rental spaces are 10' and pre-marked
by staff
6. All items being sold must be washed and clean
3. Vendors must provide own tables (2 max), chairs (and
tents if desired)
7. Set-up times vary per event, see vendor agreement
provided after registration for specific details.

8. Vendors will not be allowed entry after the event

shoppers when possible
11. To offer a diverse selection of products, we will be
placing a limit on the number of vendors allowed per
company (LuLaRoe, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, etc.)
