REGISTRATION DETAILS
Youth Basketball League
Age is as of September 1, 2026 (age 18 must be
in high school).
Leagues may be combined due to low enrollment.
Practices are scheduled to start no later than 8 p.m., Monday-Friday. Coaches will contact
players regarding practice which is scheduled to begin early December. Girls 8-10, 11-14
and Co-Ed 15-18 will be countywide leagues. Evening games are possible. All teams will
participate in a post season tournament.
Requests for carpool, practice location, or for
coach cannot be guaranteed.
Players and coaches receive a team shirt. It is your
responsibility to select the correct shirt size (*add'l $15
charge for new shirt requests).
Practices are not guaranteed to be held at the
community center selected and will be held
at the center or school within proximity to the
center selected.

Boys and girls in grades 3-8 must attend at least one preseason evaluation held October
6-17, where coaches and staff will assess players and form teams. High School Prep
League tryout participants do not need to attend. Evaluation dates are available at:

YOUTH CO-ED SOCCER LEAGUES
Practices start no later than 8:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, beginning in late November. Coaches
will contact players regarding practice schedules. Game locations and nights vary. All teams
participate in postseason tournament.

Little Legends Basketball League
Boys and girls ages 3-4 will practice beginner skills, play on modified basketball hoops
sized just for them, and participate in fun, loosely organized games that focus on teamwork,
confidence, and good sportsmanship.
Each Saturday session is led by an instructor and encourages kids to learn through movement, play, and interaction with other children their age. Sessions will be held Saturdays
from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., beginning in December. Registration is limited, and ages are determined as of September 1, 2026. Volunteer coaches are needed to help make this a fun and
rewarding experience for our young athletes.

High School Prep Basketball League
YOUTH CO-ED VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
Must be registered for Youth Basketball League to participate. Register for the middle school
you are zoned to attend. Tryouts take place at the middle school your child is registering for.
Competitive league designed to prepare middle school students for high school basketball.
The top players in each school will represent their school in the best high school preparatory league in Southern Maryland. Players receive uniforms (reversible jersey, shorts, socks,
shooting/warm-up shirt).
• 6th, 7th, 8th Grades: Girl's teams - combined. Boy’s leagues broken into individual grades.
• Grade is as of September 1, 2026.
• If selected, an additional league fee of $50 is due by Friday, November 6, 2026.
• Pre-season practices begins in November.
