Recreational Gymnastics: Program teaches achievable goals, frequent success, and tangible rewards. Our
curriculum uses a beginner to advanced level system
to track achievements, in addition to complementary
classes to improve strength, conditioning, and form.
Skills are broken into achievable steps. Elite nurtures an
environment where children have an opportunity to be
successful, while developing strength, coordination, and
other skills that transfer to other sports and activities.
Sessions consist of eight classes. Placement depends on
age and skill level.

For safety reasons, all class sizes are limited to a maximum number of participants. Classes may be canceled
due to low enrollment. Instructors may move children to
a different level class if the child is unable to participate

Competitive Teams: Elite Gymnastics offers the opportunity for gymnasts to take their experience and talent
to a competitive level. The Elite Women’s Gymnastics
Team, USAG competitive levels 3-10, compete within the
USA Gymnastics Junior Olympics Program. Teams travel
throughout the United States to compete. Our experienced and knowledgeable coaches provide the highest
level of training and are dedicated to the development
and success of each athlete. Competitive season runs
June 1-May 31.
A pre-competitive gymnastics team, by invitation only,
is offered for girls that have shown an exceptional level
of skill or who have progressed through our recreational
classes at an accelerated pace. Pre-team is an introduction into the competitive gymnastics program and does
not compete. Our highly skilled coaches have the opportunity to train and develop their skills to prepare for the
competitive team.

The Elite Cheer Experience!
Get ready to elevate your cheer game with our
four-week "Elite Cheer Experience" boot camps!
Each week focuses on a core aspect of cheerleading,
ensuring a comprehensive and progressive training
regimen.
• Week 1: Intro to Cheer– Kick things off by mastering essential motions, building strength, and
boosting flexibility.
• Week 2: Stunts and Jumps – Reach new heights
as you learn thrilling stunts and dynamic jumps.
• Week 3: Tumbling – Flip into action with tumbling
techniques tailored to your skill level.
• Week 4: Chants and Routines – Bring it all
together by crafting spirited chants and seamless routines.
Our energetic coaches will guide you every step of
the way, ensuring a fun and supportive environment.
Join us to boost your skills, make new friends, and
embody the true spirit of cheerleading! No class

Tiny Tumblers: Parent participation
class designed for small children.
Promotes proper brain development, motor skills, communication,
and social skills while providing a
fun bonding experience. Only one
parent per child permitted in gym
(no siblings). Age: 18 Mo -3
Elite Fundamentals: Builds on
fundamental skills by improving
strength, control, and technique on
vault, bars, beam and floor exercise.
Gymnasts begin refining movements,
learning proper form, and gaining a
deeper understanding of each event.
Age: 6+
Twisters: Learn basic gymnastics
skills and terminology to help build
self-esteem, increase flexibility, and
coordination. Only one parent per
child permitted into observation
area while class is in session. Don't
forget to bring a water bottle to stay
hydrated! Age: 4 & 5
Intermediate Gymnastics: For intermediate gymnasts who have completed White level. Students should
have a strong roundoff and back
bend kickover on the floor before
advancing to this level. Age: 6+
Elite Foundations: Builds foundational skills by improving strength,
control, and technique on vault, bars,
beam and floor exercise. Gymnasts
begin movements, learning proper
form, and gaining a deeper understanding of each event. Age: 6+
Intermediate Gymnastics Level 2:
Advances skill refinement and introduces more complex movements
and connections on vaults, bars,
beam and floor exercise. Gymnasts
develop stronger body control,
increase confidence, and begin
linking skills across events. Age: 6+
Advanced Gymnastics: This specialty class is for advanced gymnasts
who have completed Intermediate.
It is comprised of all our gymnastics
class skills from Red Beginner to
Intermediate. Students will learn a
strong handstand, back hip circle,
pullover on bars, and Big Cast. Age:
6+
Little Ninjas: The Little Ninjas class is
an action-packed program designed
to develop strength, agility, and
focus on kids through fun obstacle
courses, basic tumbling, and martial
arts-inspired activities. Perfect for
energetic children, this class builds
confidence, coordination, and discipline in an engaging and supportive
environment. Age: 6+
Parkour: We offer two levels of
Parkour, each designed to meet
the progressive needs of individual
students. Participants will learn flips,
spins, rolls, and techniques to challenge both their bodies and minds
in a fun and engaging environment.
Age: 6+
Tumbling: In this 90-minute class,
your child will learn the proper technique and fundamentals of tumbling.
This extended class allows more oneon-one attention, extra practice time,
and a chance to build strength, flexibility and confidence. Athletes will
be working on spring floors, tumble
trak and trampolines to work on the
proper progressions for tumbling.
It’s perfect for young athletes who
are looking to focus their energy on
floor skills or cheer. Age: 6+
