Adaptive Gymnastics
Learn basic gymnastics skills on men’s and women’s gymnastics events to enhance
balance, movement, and coordination in a social and inclusive atmosphere!
Baby Ballerina
An introduction class to ballet for our younger dancers from ages 2-4. This class
is a parent and me class. It is a great class for parents to engage with their child.
Students will learn the fundamentals of ballet and creative movements while having
fun. Parent participation required.

These programs will feature an adapted sport powered by our new partner, Can
Play, combined with fitness and exercise programming, and are designed to support individuals with varying abilities and other special healthcare needs through
inclusive, structured, and engaging recreation.
Can Play Adapted Basketball
A recreational basketball program designed for individuals with varying abilities and
special healthcare needs. Participants develop movement skills, coordination, and
teamwork using modified equipment, flexible pacing, and individualized instruction.

in a controlled and intentionally created space. The Calm Cove provides multisensory resources to support sensory needs to enable participants to engage in
fun activities. The space can be calming or stimulating depending on the needs of
those present. Come visit and satisfy your sensory needs with us! The Calm Cove is
available to reserve on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with price varying on the duration
