Beautifully Brilliant Mentorship Program
Beautifully Brilliant is a monthly workshop that prepares girls to meet the challenges
of adolescence and young adulthood through a coordinated, progressing series
of high-quality activities and learning experiences that will help them to achieve
social, emotional, and physical well-being. Girls will participate in 1:1 mentoring &
enrichment activities, that will assist in them becoming more confident. They will
also gain the ability to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and
authentically boost their self-esteem.

Students interested in engineering and STEM-based activities will have a blast in this
class! We'll cover concepts including the engineering design process, engineering
as a career, and the growth mindset (plus more!) through project-based activities
that students of all ages will love. Each class will have its own challenge that students will need to tackle as a group. We'll focus on creating a safe and comfortable
learning environment where students will be encouraged to use critical thinking
skills to generate new ideas as solutions. Activities include: marshmallow structures,
hovercrafts, and catapults.
