The 2026 National Free Throw Contest is FREE and open to the public.
Awards will be presented to all age group winners. Winner moves up to
District Level, then Regional, and State Finals. State winner advances to
National Finals where the winner will have their name enshrined in the
James Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
High School Prep Cheer
This program is designed to prepare middle school students to be high school
cheerleaders. Cheerleaders will have the opportunity to learn different cheers as
they encourage their players and pump up the crowds during the High School Prep
Basketball Leagues. Participants must register for the school they attend. Private
and home school students welcome but must cheer for the school they are zoned
to attended. The program includes a uniform and poms. Weeknight games and
practices.

Indoor Field Hockey Clinic
Basketball Skills Academy
This clinic focuses on the basic fundamentals and skills of basketball. Skills and
drills will be taught during half court and full court segments on both offense
and defense. Each hour session will be broken down into basketball fundamentals,
individual and team shooting, and half and full court pressure defense. The main
focus is to teach and stress the fundamentals that are important to becoming a
better basketball player.
Young Beginners (Elementary Age): Learn the basics of dribbling, passing, and
shooting through games and activities that make field hockey fun and exciting.
Beginners
For players new to the sport or with less than two years of organized playing experience. Learn basic game rules and skills from experienced coaches to be better
prepared.
Intermediate/Advanced
For players that have played more than two years of organized basketball and are
considered to be advanced. Learn advanced skills from experienced coaches. Note:
Instructor will have the authority to move participants to the class that better fits
their skill level.

Looking for a fun way to stay active this winter while building your skills on the
court? Our Indoor Field Hockey Clinic is designed for all levels, from brand-new
players picking up a stick for the first time to high school athletes aiming to sharpen
their competitive edge. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your
game to the next level, this clinic is the perfect way to improve, stay active, and fall
in love with field hockey. Sticks and balls are provided. All participants must bring
mouth guard, shin guards, and tennis shoes.
Middle School Players: Perfect for athletes curious about trying a new sport or
eager to grow their skills. Focus will be on building confidence, improving technique,
and developing game awareness.
High School Players: Train at a faster pace with advanced drills that emphasize
speed, strategy, and precision. Great preparation for spring and fall seasons.
